Dear Members,
We invite you to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of RadioPro Ltd, which will be held in hybrid format on Thursday 29 February 2024, commencing at 12:30pm.
Venue and participation
- Piccadilly Business Centre, Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett Street, Manchester M12 6AE, United Kingdom.
- For members who cannot attend in person, the AGM will be streamed live.
Agenda
- Welcome and opening remarks by the Managing Director.
- Presentation of the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2023.
- Address by the CEO, reviewing the year and looking ahead.
- Questions to the Executive Leadership Team, the Members’ Council Chair and the President.
- Vote on acceptance of the Annual Report and Accounts.
- Vote on the proposed resolutions.
- Any other business.
What to expect
The AGM is the best opportunity in the year to speak directly to the leadership about how the organisation is performing and where it is heading. Each presentation is followed by questions, so there is time to ask for detail or to put a suggestion forward.
Voting and documents
- Voting members will receive full information about the AGM, including our annual accounts and a formal notice booklet setting out the proposed resolutions and the voting procedure.
- Shareholders who need a Form of Proxy should contact the Company at least two (2) weeks before the AGM.
Networking lunch
A networking lunch will follow at the venue, with discussion of the post-Brexit challenges facing the intellectual property sector.
