The Special RadioPro Ltd General Meeting

Dear friends,

Our Special General Meeting will be held at 7pm on Thursday 11 April 2019, in accordance with our Articles of Incorporation.

The purpose of the meeting is to consider the proposal put forward by the majority of the artists working with our IME: that we become a Collective Management Organisation (CMO). If that decision is taken, we will ask the UK Intellectual Property Office for guidance, although we already understand what it will mean for the structure of the company under copyright law.

We believe we have both the will and the ability to see such an undertaking through.
