Unanimous Decision | RadioPro will become a CMO !

Dear friends,

Our Special General Meeting took place at 7pm on Thursday 11 April 2019.

The purpose of the meeting was to consider the proposal put forward by the majority of the artists working with our IME: that we form a Collective Management Organisation (CMO). The decision was unanimous, and we will now ask the UK Intellectual Property Office (IPO) for guidance. Our team understands what this will mean for the structure of the company under copyright law.

The meeting ran for four hours and every view was heard, including those of artists who are not currently affiliated with us.

We now invite all artists who wish to become members of the CMO RadioPro Ltd to send us their contact details through our contact form.

In the next few days we will begin the work of adapting our structure and operations to the applicable law. It is a long and demanding process, but with your help we will get there. As soon as we hear from the IPO we will let you know by email, and all the necessary documents – membership agreement, distribution policy, memorandum, official tariffs, rules and regulations – will be published on our website.
