The RadioPRO Annual Summit (Manchester | 27-28 May 2023)

We are delighted to announce the next Annual Summit of the Collective Management Organisation (CMO) RadioPRO Ltd, which will take place on 27 and 28 May 2023.

The global music industry is at a crossroads. Digital technology keeps changing, the ways music reaches listeners keep changing with it, and collecting copyright revenue across the European Union has become more complicated than ever. Against that backdrop, the major CMOs are competing for dominance, often with the backing of local governments and the larger record labels. Brexit, meanwhile, will shape the industry’s direction for the next decade.

One of the central questions we want to put to the room is this: how can copyright organisations and artists work together to shape what the industry becomes?

The programme brings together a range of formats:

• Keynote addresses. Our CEO will open the summit with the official reception speech.
• Panel discussions. Experts and industry figures in detailed conversation on the issues that matter.
• Workshops. Hands-on sessions on practical strategies and solutions.
• Demonstrations. A look at new approaches and technologies.
• Open Stage Café. Informal presentations and open discussion.

Networking runs through the whole event, with plenty of time set aside for delegates to meet and work together.

The summit’s main events will also be streamed live online, so that people can follow them from anywhere.
